29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2): Mid rails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high:   (a)  On or about October 15, 2014, for the employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet while engaged in framing activities for an apartment building at or near Veterans Boulevard and 33rd Street South in Fargo, North Dakota.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a)  On or about October 15, 2014, for the employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet while engaged in framing activities for an apartment building at or near Veterans Boulevard and 33rd Street South in Fargo, North Dakota.        Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 986565, Citation 1, Item  1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/14, with respect to a workplace located at 5660 33rd Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
