29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system:   a. On or about October 15, 2015, on a 6:12 pitch roof, four employees performing roofing operations were not protected from a 13-foot 8-inch fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or a combination of a warning line system and safety monitoring system.
