29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or  more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems:   At the jobsite located at 335 E. Swanson St., Linsdborg, KS:  Employees engaged in re-roofing activities from a 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet from the eave of the building to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.
