29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that the edge if they were accidentally displaced; (a) Location - Mt Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA: On or about 10/15/14, a worker was exposed to crushing hazards when the employer failed to ensure that falling objects were protected from accidental displacement.
