29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)   A.)  East Coast Paving & Sealcoating Inc. - On or about 10/16/14, employees did not receive training on the new labeling elements and safety data sheet format by the December 1, 2013 deadline noted in the 29 CFR 1910.1200 (j)(1) of the Hazard Communication - 2012 Standard.  Employees worked with or around chemical that included but were not limited to asphalt, asphalt products, and fuel.
