29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/21/14, employees framing a commercial building were not protected from falling from the roof trusses by any form of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:   On 10/21/14, employees framing a commercial building were exposed to falling from ladders while carrying lumber while climbing the ladders.
