Brookside Dr. , Baton Rouge, LA, two employees were observed working on top of the 2nd story, at the leading edge which had an eve height of 28 ft., 5.5 inches above ground level. These employees were in the controlled decking zone (CDZ) and working near the leading edge. These employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest system nor were any other fall protection systems in-place.

The boundary is designed to act as an access barrier for employees other than those employees performing specific CDZ work.
