29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location:  On or about October 21, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the employer had a light fixture above the plating tank which was plugged into an outlet which was located behind the plating tank.  The outlet was not a GFCI, exposing the platting tech to electrical shock hazards.
