Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met:  (a) WS Display - The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communications program for employees in the printing department who uses chemicals such as but not limited to Triangle true solvent pigments, inks, thinners and paints, on or about October 24, 2014.  (b) WS Display - The employer did not provide information and training to employees on the hazards of using a hand held heat knife to cut blockout that contains synthetic material, on or about October 24, 2014.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
