29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a) On or about October 24, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the controlling employer, Siding Pros of Idaho, LLC, failed to ensure that employees of Malacara Custom Siding were protected from a fall hazard while performing siding activities at varying heights (8.7 feet through 21 feet).     Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
