29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about October 20, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an inspection was not conducted by a competent person capable of correcting hazards that could result in vehicle rollover, which could result in employee injuries from crushing. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
