29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Location:  250 Whisconier Road, Brookfield, CT 06804  First Floor:    A) The 8 foot long by 4 foot wide "L" shaped floor hole with a 9 foot fall distance to the concrete basement floor was not adequately protected with a floor hole cover or guardrail system.  B) The 73 inch wide wall opening with a 10 foot 6 inch fall distance was not equipped with a guardrail system.    Second Floor:  C)  The seven 38 inch wide and two 68 inch wide window openings with a sill heights of between 21 inches and 23 inches were not equipped with a guardrail system (toprail).
