29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:    a) Worksite, CNC Department: Electrical breaker load center #20 rated approximately 480 Volts that powers CNC machines was blocked by used and unused equipment; on or about 10/28/14.    b) Worksite, CNC Department: Electrical breaker load center #21 rated approximately 240 Volts that powers CNC machines was blocked by used and unused equipment; on or about 10/28/14.        NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:    a) Production Department  The electrical breaker load center #5 had 2 unused openings in the electrical panel face plate; on or about 10/28/14.       b) CNC Department   The electrical breaker load center #11 had 5 unused openings in the electrical panel face plate; on or about 10/28/14.      c) CNC Department   The electrical breaker load center #20 had 6 unused openings in the electrical panel face plate; on or about 10/28/14.      d) CNC Department   The electrical breaker load center #21  had 2 unused openings  in the electrical panel face plate; on or about 10/28/14.    NOTE: Because abatement documentation was included in the case file, the employer does not required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
