29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about 10/29/14 located at 4735 Lowell Ct., Cumming, GA: The employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections where employees were installing plywood on the roof without fall protection and no safety glasses. Employees were using a make shift scaffolds and were not using hard hats. Employees were not using safety glasses with the nail gun and the skill saw.
