On or about 10/29/14, at the site of 85-23 123rd Street. Richmond Hill, NY Employees replacing new roof at the site were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and roof materials from the roof. Protective helmets were not worn. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

Richmond Hill, NY Employees installing a new pitch roof were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20 ft. to the ground below. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19. 1ST REPEAT VIOLATION: THE JC & SONS HOME IMPROVEMENT INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR THE SAME VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(b)(1).WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER (935055), CITATION NUMBER (1), ITEM NUMBER(1), GROUP (a), ISSUED ON 10/30/2013, FINAL ORDER DATE WAS (11/18/2013).
