29 CFR 1926.152(a)(1): Containers other than approved metal safety cans or DOT approved containers were used for the handling and use of flammable liquids in quantities of 5 gallons or less:   (a). Worksite located at 11823 E. 80th Street, Raytown, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fire or explosion hazard in that it was a plastic container without a spring-loaded handle and a did not have a flash arrestor screen.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a). Worksite located at 11823 E. 80th Street, Raytown, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
