29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.  The employer failed to provide information certifying the abatement of the following cited hazards:  a)The employer did not develop, document, or implement an energy control program for employees who perform installation and maintenance work on signs utilizing electricity.  b)The employer did not provide hardware appropriate for locking out circuit beakers and/or electrical disconnects while employees performed installation and maintenance work on signs utilizing electricity.  c)The 2006 International crane truck was not receiving frequent inspections of the Manitex crane unit.  d)The 2006 International crane truck was not receiving periodic inspections of the Manitex crane unit.  e)The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals.  f.  The employer did not maintain copies of material safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in the workplace.  g.  The employer did not provide employees with information and training on hazardous chemicals in the workplace.  h.  The employer had not completed a certification of the workplace hazard assessment for personal protective equipment.
