Gummer Wholesale Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in the OSHA inspection number 917098, citation number 1, instance number 1 and was affirmed as final order on August 5, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1945 James Parkway. Heath, Ohio.
