29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  (a) On November 3, 2014, employees were operating the Morbark Beaver MR 18 wood chipper without the infeed hopper emergency safety cables (pull ropes). The pull ropes are in place to protect the employees from being pulled into the chipper by allowing them to reverse the wheels.
