29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxillary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substanially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) The knockout on the side of the electrical panel in the masking room had been removed during renovation creating a three inch opening with potential to contact the live wiring inside.
