29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    location: North and East roofs  On or about: 11/4/14    a) Employees were working from the lower roofs , while engaged in painting activities. The employees were not provided with any means of fall protection. They were exposed to a fall of up to 12 feet 6 inches.
