On or about November 5, 2014, employees installing roofing materials on a low slope roof (4/12 pitch) were not protected from the hazard of falling 12 feet 8 inches by the use of guardrails, safety nets, personal fall protection, or any form of alternative fall protection.    The Florida Native Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number315497982, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920.
