OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees to struck by and crushing hazards created by loose bolts on the crane:    On or before November 4, 2014 located on the south end of the facility wash bay line-repair end, employees operating the 1 Ton Underhung Single Girder (UHSG) Bridge Star Crane & Hoist, were exposed to struck-by and/or crushing hazards of the east side crane's bridge girder bolts that failed becoming disengaged from the end truck striking an employee.
