29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that those objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced.  (a) Jobsite - The employer failed to keep employees from the barricaded area while employees worked on the roof.  The Norton Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 282910, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/01/12, with respect to a workplace located at 40 Checkerberry Lane, Manchester, NH, 03102.
