29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: On or about November 6, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, a Toyota forklift, Model 7FDU45, Serial Number 70448, was being operated with a dumpster approximately measuring 80 inches wide x 72 front to rear x 82 inches high on the forks the load blocked the forward view of operator as the load was not trailing.
