There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    On or about November 6, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about November 6, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in residential roofing operations were not protected from falling, exposing employees to falls of nine (9) feet eight (8) inches.       Pro-Line Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 459615, citation number 1, item number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 10240 Kildare Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
