29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a). Worksite located at 4201 Wisconsin Ave., Sedalia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that employees were working and walking near unprotected sides and edges without the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:     (a). Worksite located at 4201 Wisconsin Ave., Sedalia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the step-ladder being used to access the roof structure did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.

Worksite located at 4201 Wisconsin Ave., Sedalia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that employees were observed using the top step of a stepladder in order to access a roof that was approx. 4' below the top step.
