29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    Employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to a struck by hazard in the eye when using a pneumatic nail gun on and the employer did not ensure the use of suitable eye protection.

There was no written documentation that included the employee's name, date of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employee.
