29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented: 2807 W. Faidley Ave., Grand Island, NE 68801 (Job-site): The employer is failing to ensure that adequate fall protection was provided for employees who were performing residential roofing work on a senior residence center which was approximately 25 feet from a lower level. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.

Faidley Ave., Grand Island, NE 68801 (Job-site): The employer is failing to ensure that they had a training program developed to ensure that employees minimized hazards when exposed to fall hazards. The employer did not ensure that employees knew to use adequate fall protection when they were performing residential roofing work on a senior residence center. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.
