29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    a) Jobsite 223 E Jones St, Savannah GA  On or about November 6, 2014, the lead man was observed using a circular saw without the use of safety glasses, therefore was exposed to eye injuries from ricocheting and flying debris.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Jobsite 223 E Jones St, Savannah GA  On or about November 6, 2014, employees were allowed to work performing framing activity without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazards up to 20 feet.             1.  Installing ledger without fall protection          2.  Working from the porch area without a complete guard rail system installed (e.g. top rail only)
