(a) North side, new residential construction located at 2162 Belmont Trace, Powder Springs, GA 30127: Employees operated pneumatic Hitachi (Model NV65AH) 2-1/2-inch Siding Nail Guns without eye protection. Employees operating pneumatic nail guns at 120 PSI were exposed to flying plastic debris and fasteners as safety glasses or goggles were not used while installing cornice boards and siding.
