29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer shall establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:    On or about January 13, 2015, at Press #63, a temporary employee required to perform packaging operations was exposed to noise at an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of approximately 88.9 decibels during a 458 minute sampling period.  Zero exposure assumed for the 22 minutes not sampled.  The employer did not make audiometric testing available to the employee whose noise exposure exceeded an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels.
