29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   a) West side of residence located at 2711 Canopy Street, Alpharetta, Georgia. An employee passing wooden roof trusses from ground level to the second floor of a residence was not protected from being struck by falling objects. The employee was not wearing a protective helmet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) West side of residence located at 2711 Canopy Street, Alpharetta, Georgia. An employee installing wooden roof trusses while working from an unprotected exterior top plate was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17-feet 7-inches.
