29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       A - Left Side, Center Top of Structure -  Workers were standing on the top plate of a wood stud wall frame  not protected from falling approximately 10 feet to the inside of the structure, 20 feet to the ground outside of the structure, on or about 11/13/2014    B - Front Right Side, Second Floor - Workers were standing on the edge of the structure not protected from falling approximately 10 feet to the ground below, on or about 11/13/2014.
