OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of a flash fire from a build up of flammable gas.    On or about November 4, 2014 and at times thereafter, two separate employees on two consecutive days turned on a Vulcan V60F conventional gas oven where a faulty thermomagnetic safety valve allowed the collection of flammable gas and a subsequent ignition from a burner above when the door was opened.  Employees were exposed to the flash fire hazard from a build-up of flammable gas.
