Unless installed in a complete metallic raceway, each branch circuit shall contain a separate equipment grounding conductor, and all receptacles were not electrically connected to the grounding conductor: On or about 11/17/2014, at the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to a shock hazard due to receptacles that were not connected to the grounding wires.
