29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.                    a)  On or about October 22, 2014, employees were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet while they walked and worked on a shop frame in order to install sheeting for the roof/ceiling.  These employees worked without the use of adequate fall protection.
