29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  a) On November 19, 2014, at Pier 41 McMiler area, the outer insulation of the cord that was powering a portable boiler unit had separated from the plug exposing the conductors to strain.
