YARD:  The roof of the storage shed was broken and had falling/bent pieces of wood onto the pallets of shingles.    The Lyon & Billard Lumber Company was  previously cited for a violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1)}, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975246, citation number 001, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/25/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 504 West Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410.
