29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At the job site, 2313 Graphics Arts Rd, Emporia Kansas, employees were doing roofing work on a church without a fall protection system in place.  Roof slope was 6 in 12.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground.
