29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about November 19, 2014, employees performing cornice activities on a residential framed structure were exposed to an unprotected fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards.   On or about November 19, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in cornice activities were trained to recognize and avoid fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize or avoid those hazards.
