29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:    a) At 2796 Route 328 Millerton, PA 16936 (Processing Room): The adjustable guard on the Toledo Hi-Speed Vertical Meat Saw did not fully cover the unused portion of the blade, exposing employees to a potential injury, observed on or about December 3, 2014.                      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION  REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a) At 2796 Route 328 Millerton, PA 16936:  An annual inspection of the energy control procedures (Lockout/Tagout) was not conducted at least annually by the employer, on or about December 3, 2014.   Abatement certification is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   a) At 2796 Route 328 Millerton, PA 16936: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, chemicals such as Evap Pow'r C and peracetic acid, and the employer did not provide these employees with the required OSHA Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals training prior to the effective date of December 1, 2013, on or November 24, 2014.                                                                     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
