29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment:  (a) 937B Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania -  An employee worked with hazardous chemicals that can cause skin and eye irritation.  The employer did not conduct a hazard assessment to determine the necessary personal protective equipment needed to protect workers, on or about December 2, 2014.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical  (a)  937B Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania - An employee used hazardous chemicals such as blanket wash, roller cleaner and inks.  The employer did not ensure that bottles and containers were maintained with legible labels that included product identifier, words, pictures, symbols or combination of  which provide general information regarding the hazards of the chemical, on or about December 2, 2014. The employer did not ensure that the employee was provided with training on the relevant parts of the hazard communication 2012 standard, on or about December 2, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
