29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: (a) Lutron Inc. Brookdale site - Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals such as butane and propane in furniture cleaner and lithium chloride in static free floor cleaner. The employers written program did not include a list of the chemicals as required on or about December 10, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Employee training did not include where the material safety data sheet and the written program were located in the Brookdale Plant, on or about December 4, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
