OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazard from manually propelled elevating aerial platform:    a)  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while operating and working from the Genie Manually Propelled Aerial Work Platform, Model Number TZ-50, without wearing personal fall protection.   Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard includes but not limited to the following:   1)  Confirm to ANSI/SIA A92.3-2006 - American National Standard Institute for Manually Propelled Elevating Aerial Platforms: Section 7.10 (8).   2)  Confirm to the Genie Operator's Manual for TZ-50.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
