29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone:  On or about December 4 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a 24 feet fall hazard when performing bricklaying operations without means of fall protection.
