29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in:  111 Fieldcrest Ave, Edison, NJ - Throughout the facility: Joule Staffing Solutions did not provide employees working at Bentley Laboratories with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals used in the workplace. Employees are exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to: - flammables (Isopropyl Alcohol 70%, Bulk Sugar Lychee EDP) - corrosives (Microcare ITL, Sodium Hydroxide) - toxic chemicals (ZLOSOIL479139D)  Condition observed on/or about October 16, 2014
