OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees during pulling away of truck trailers from the loading docks:    (a) Chairez Relocation at 3350 N. Odessa Way, Aurora, CO 80011:  On and before July 18th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall or struck-by hazards during the separation of a moving truck  from a loading dock. A driver drove away from a loading dock while two employees were standing on the back of the moving truck. This condition exposed two employees to the hazard of falling off the back of the trailer due to the unexpected separation from the dock, which resulted in one of the employees falling onto the concrete pavement below and severely injuring his leg.  This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards and fall hazards.
