29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means.  a)  34 3rd Ave Newark, NJ 07104  Employee working from a telescopic boom lift  was approximately 2 feet from the primary utility service, thereby exposing the employee to electrical hazards.  Violation occurred on or about  12/05/2014  World Wide Company Inc. dba Three Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 897010, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/06/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1713 Springfield Ave, Maplewood, NJ.
