29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.     a.  On or about December 10, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a steep sloped roof (5:12), nine (9) feet five (5) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    The Stan's Roofing & Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 900448, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 15016 Cedar Glen Road, Homer Glen, IL  60441.
